A: We get this question a lot: What exactly is a party bus or limo bus? A party bus, also known as a limo bus, is like a limo the size of a bus that allows you and your friends to party to and from destinations, or party all night in a mobile, club-like atmosphere. Our party buses come in two flavors, sleek black and elegant ivory white, and are built to withstand any party you can dish out. We don’t have outrageous markups or large overheads so we’re affordable and able to meet any of your requests!

Q: What specials or discounts do you offer?
A: Specials change month to month so please call our reservationist for more information and details We do offer significantly lower rates on our Sun-Thursday reservations so please give us a call if you are planning a trip during the week!
Q: Can we drink alcohol on the bus?
A: Yes, alcohol is permitted on the vehicle long as EVERYONE on the bus is at least 21 years old. If there is a mixed group of both 21+ and under 21 on board, alcohol is not permitted.
Q: Do you supply us with alcohol?
A: No. It is strictly BYOB. You are welcome to bring whatever beverages you would like onto the bus. We supply plenty of Ice for your beverages during your trip.
Q: Is there an additional charge for trips outside of the Area?
A: Sometimes. Anything outside of the 25 mile radius, there may be an additional charge depending on a few different factors: How many hours the bus is rented for, what day of the week the bus is being rented and a few others…. Please call for details.
Q: Can we smoke on the bus?
A: No. Smoking is strictly prohibited on all party buses and will be subject to a fine and immediate termination of the trip.
Q: Do I need to bring 30 friends to book the 30 passenger bus?
No. You can bring whatever number of friends you want, up to 30 or whatever number of passengers is specified for your vehicle here. Those numbers are simply to note the capacity. If you bring less friends with you, you’ll just have more room to spread out and enjoy the bus, or to move from area to area within the bus as you party and live it up!
Q: My partner and I are celebrating an anniversary and we’d like to rent a bus just for the two of us to travel around Cincinnati. Can we rent one for just two people?
Of course you may. Anniversaries are incredible when celebrated on a Wright Party Bus limo bus, whether you’re having an intimate celebration for just the two of you, or whether you bring all your closest friends along to celebrate with you!
Q: Is there a minimum number of hours for the bus rental?
A: Yes, however our minimum hours vary by season and during events, request a quote or contact us for more information.
Q: At what point in time does my reservation begin…. And end?
A: Your reservation starts at your scheduled pickup time. This means, unlike other companies, we do not charge for travel time. Your trip ends once the last patron exits the bus.
Q: Do you guarantee entry to nightclubs?
A: We have strategic relationship with many nightclubs in Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus; however, the nightclub has FINAL SAY on who they let in and who has to pay cover or may not be admitted at all. Generally speaking if you follow the guidelines we give you everything will go smooth. However we DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS for any individuals or groups who are refused entry to clubs.
Q: For events were minors are present, does there need to be a guardian on board?
A: No. However, we do record a parent signature at the time of pick up, and a signature from each minor agreeing to our “Minor and Alcohol Agreement. You may ask for a “host” supplied by Wright Party Bus for an additional $25/hr. This host will be a trustworthy employee of the company that can act as a liaison between the kids and the driver and assist with supervision and questions regarding features of the bus.
Q: What is the deposit to rent the bus?
A: A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking in order to reserve the bus and lock it in for your event. The card is charged upon booking.
What is an appropriate tip for the driver?
A: Gratuity of 20% is strongly encouraged for ALL trips, unless a pre-determined gratuity has been determined with your sales agent and included in your total balance.
